Whipped Tofu Cream


This recipe is one of the simplest I have ever made and is my secret weapon when trying to up my protein content of sandwiches, wraps, salads, or snacks. It takes less than 5 minutes to make and is incredibly versatile and delicious!

Serves: 2 | Total Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 150g of firm tofu

  • 1 tbsp of tamari, or soy sauce

  • 10g of tahini

  • 1 knob of ginger, 8cm in length, peeled and chopped

  • 40ml of water or plant-milk

Instructions

  1. Place everything into a powerful blender and simply blend until smooth!

  2. Use as a spread, dip or dressing. Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge.
