As a dietitian, my mission is to promote a balanced, plant-centred lifestyle that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit, as well as our planet. Rooted in my personal journey of overcoming eating disorders, I deeply understand the complexities of diet misinformation, body image, and mental health, and I want to use this experience to hold the hands of others whilst guiding them toward holistic well-being and reclaim a vibrant relationship with food and their bodies.
